Fightwize Self Defence Courses for KidsSelf Defense for Kids Courses are now available in Calgary. These Courses not only cover protective and Counter measures but include Safety Awareness helping to develop an awareness and increase confidence in our Children. We are helping educate both Children and Parents.
Regular Classes are held in various locations. The Self Defense for Kids Class will not only teach your Child the Fundamentals but also educate them in safety, enhance their awareness and have some fun at the same time. When you consider that Jiu-Jitsu forms the basis of Karate, Judo and Aikido then you will realize that this coupled with the safety awareness is giving the kids an excellent all-round introduction to Self Defense.
