This device gives a handful of confidence right from the start. Learn to use not only your keychain as an item to defend yourself but also learn how to be resourceful and use many other everyday pocket items to assist in your self defense; pens, cell phone, hair brush, books, etc....They can all become a weapon of opportunity should you happen to fall victim to an unprovoked assault.
We will walk you through the various grips recommended, how to place your keys and all of the basic striking options available to you.
Learn which body parts to target and how to access them. This item will help create some good habits by having your keys in-hand and already available when approaching your car or home for example, not only gives you quicker access but encourages you to be in a switched on mode.
The Keychain is a very similar device to the Kubaton and Yawara Stick.
All of our modules are coupled together with some general information to help increase your awareness. We also cover the Criminal Code of Canada and when you can defend yourself.
