General Information
All of our techniques involve Gross Motor Skills which means that they only involve basic body movements that you are already capable of. We also have a 3 minute rule which basically means that if we cannot teach a technique in 3 minutes or less or you cannot assimilate it in 3 minutes or less then we don’t teach it. In Self Defense everything has to be simple to be effective under pressure.
We provide any equipment that is required such as matting, striking shields, protective pads and we also provide course material (Course Information folders) for you to keep and Certificates for all attendees.
We can provide Courses both during the daytime or evening although the 2 hour courses are preferred during the evening.
